Location is excellent with great view!
Furniture and carpet need replaced. Old and tired! Bathrooms need a really good clean! Plumbing smelled. Heating good but continuously needed to be reset. Drawers in bedroom furniture no longer close properly. Really needs a refurb.

Location. Everything within walking distance.
