Modern Apartments
There are 6 self-catering apartments in total – 3 on the ground floor and 3 on the first floor. Each apartment has a large bright open plan area with kitchen, dining and living spaces. On the first floor, the open plan area has double glass doors out to a furnished balcony with beautiful sea views. On the ground floor, the open plan area opens out to a large paved patio area overlooking Lough Foyle. Each apartment has an ensuite double bedroom, an ensuite twin bedroom and a single bedroom with an adjacent toilet. There is an enclosed yard to the back of the apartments and ample parking to the front.
Accommodation in each of the apartments is as follows:
- Bedroom 1: Double Bedroom - large ensuite shower room
- Bedroom 2: Twin Bedroom - ensuite shower
- Bedroom 3: Single bedroom
There is also a separate toilet adjacent to the single bedroom.
We recommend that families with young children book ground floor apartment where possible.

Cottages
There are 2 self catering cottages in total just to the side of the apartments. Each cottages has a large open plan kitchen and dining space, a separate modern cosy living room and a ground floor double bedroom. There are a further three bedrooms upstairs along with a family bathroom. There is an enclosed back yard at each of the cottages also.
